Industrial acceleration

Minerallum is scaling its industrial capacity.

Minerallum already supplies industrial minerals to Moroccan companies and responds to enquiries involving substantial volumes. We are now seeking investors and strategic partners to strengthen our production capabilities, increase capacity and serve market demand more efficiently.

500 to several thousand tonnes

Volumes discussed in selected industrial enquiries

An operation to scale

Develop a higher-performance industrial unit with greater capacity

The investment thesis

Accelerate an existing business facing growing industrial demand

Minerallum is already active in the market, has access to raw-material sources and supplies industrial customers. However, the volumes requested increasingly exceed our current capacity. The investment sought will help us strengthen and modernise our unit, increase processed volumes and respond more rapidly to major orders.

Raw materials already mobilised

Minerallum already works with Moroccan mineral resources and is progressively expanding its sourcing network.

Real customers and demand

We already supply companies and receive enquiries involving several hundred or even several thousand tonnes.

Capacity ready to be strengthened

The next step is to modernise and increase our processing capacity so we can serve more customers with greater speed, consistency and performance.

Priority minerals

Infrastructure able to serve several mineral markets

The industrial platform is designed around modular equipment that can be configured according to the raw material, required particle size and customer specification.

Silica sand

Applications

Filtration, glass, foundry, construction, mortars, precast concrete and industrial formulations.

Quartz

Applications

Ceramics, glass, mineral fillers, surfaces, technical aggregates, decoration and industrial formulations.

Calcium carbonate

Applications

Construction, precast concrete, paints, plastics, paper, adhesives, sealants and other formulations according to quality.

And additional resources

The same industrial base can be adapted to more minerals

Depending on material characteristics and available markets, the platform can evolve to process other mineral resources requiring crushing, grinding, washing, classification, drying, separation, quality control or packaging.

  • Feldspar
  • Dolomite
  • Barite
  • Talc
  • Industrial clays
  • Specialised mineral aggregates
  • Other materials to assess
Partner invitation

Investors, mineral consumers and companies can participate

We wish to speak with any person or organisation capable of helping build this capacity, supplying a resource, contributing equipment or securing industrial utilisation of finished products.

Individual investors

Individuals interested in assessing financial participation in Moroccan industrial infrastructure.

Mineral-consuming companies

Industrial companies already using these minerals and seeking secure local production adapted to their requirements.

Industrial partners

Companies with equipment, land or grinding, washing, drying, storage or packaging capabilities.

Raw-material holders

Quarries, owners or operators with mineral resources seeking a structured beneficiation solution.

Commercial partners

Distributors and companies with Moroccan or international markets for processed minerals.

Complementary companies

Organisations able to provide technology, infrastructure, expertise or another useful capability.

Industrial B2B

Does your company already consume these minerals?

You can support the project by sharing your annual requirements, specifications and consumption forecasts. Visibility on volumes helps size the industrial line, secure production and supply you with suitable locally processed materials.

  • Reduce dependence on imports
  • Develop quality adapted to your process
  • Secure long-term volumes
  • Reduce international freight uncertainty
  • Help size local production capacity
The central requirement

Transform raw material into usable industrial products

A mineral resource in the ground does not automatically have industrial value. It must be characterised, prepared and processed according to each market’s requirements.

Reception and preparation

Receive, sample, homogenise and prepare raw materials before processing.

Washing and separation

Remove clay, soluble matter and selected contaminants according to the mineral.

Crushing and grinding

Reduce the material to the necessary size and liberate selected impurities.

Classification

Produce consistent grading ranges and powders adapted to industrial uses.

Quality control

Control chemistry, grading, moisture, whiteness and requested characteristics.

Packaging

Organise silos, bags, big bags, pallets, batches and delivery documents.

The industrial model

A modular chain adapted to each mineral and specification

Not every piece of equipment is necessarily used for every product. The industrial route is selected according to the feed material, required final quality and customer volumes.

01

Characterise

Map the resource and analyse representative samples.

02

Prepare

Receive, sort, homogenise and pretreat the raw material.

03

Process

Wash, crush or grind according to the mineral and target product.

04

Classify

Separate fractions and obtain repeatable particle sizes.

05

Finish

Dry, purify, test and adjust final characteristics.

06

Supply

Store, package, trace and deliver to industrial customers.

Use of capital

Finance the tools that convert opportunities into production

The final amount depends on starting capacity, site, equipment selection and the combination of processing lines.

Processing equipment

Hoppers, feeders, crushers, mills, washers, screens, classifiers and separators.

Site and storage

Civil works, electrical connection, circulation areas, silos and separated product storage.

Drying and packaging

Dewatering, thermal drying, bagging, big bags, pallets and loading preparation.

Laboratory and traceability

Sampling, testing, batch control and customer documentation.

Parts and maintenance

Critical spare inventory to limit downtime caused by abrasion and wear.

Working capital

Finance initial material, production, transport and delivery cycles.

Modular CAPEX

The project is sized around capital and secured volumes

The optimal configuration must be jointly designed using the available budget, priority markets and existing commercial commitments.

01
Markets

Select priority products

Determine the grades and qualities providing the fastest commercial outlets.

02
Equipment

New or refurbished

Combine new and refurbished solutions where this optimises CAPEX without weakening production.

03
Capacity

Start and expand

Install an initial capacity aligned with orders, then add modules as demand grows.

Economic projection

Create value through local processing

The economic principle is to mobilise underprocessed raw materials and produce several industrial grades with different prices and markets.

x3 to x6

Projected ratio between profit and operating expenditure

Potential depends on final quality, capacity utilisation, selling price, material yield and actual production costs.

3 to 4 months

Initial target for capital recovery after startup

The objective will depend on the industrial scenario, amount invested, secured orders and production ramp-up schedule.

A clear industrial logic

The project brings together the essential elements of a useful industry

Local resources

Raw materials exist and can receive substantially greater local value.

Real consumers

Industries already use these minerals and require substantial volumes.

A capacity requirement

The principal constraint is access to sufficient processing equipment.

Import-substitution potential

Structured local production can progressively replace part of external purchasing.
